Does anyone else see time-patterns disproportionately often when they check the time? By "time-patterns", I just
mean times which, on a digital clock, have notable repeating digits, or symmetrical arrangements of digits (like
5:55, or 12:21, or bang on 00:00).
Almost every time I look at the time on a digital clock, it's one of those visually-notable times. It must
all be a gigantic conspiracy, probably running right back to the Vatican.
(Needless to say, anyone should feel free to jump in with some long-winded, soporific lecture on the incidence of such patterns, and
the probabilities involved in seeing them. I probably won't read it, but it'll add value to this otherwise quite barren post. Thanks!)
