Just removeFromBloodySuperview

Today’s sanity-saving Cocoa lesson: calling -[NSView removeFromSuperview] does not immediately
release the receiver. Learn this lesson now, and avoid spending half an hour mired in NSLog() statements
and an ever-rising sense of unreality.
