Laminating heroes
So Chris and I are sitting here in the lab using Scott’s portable laminator (don’t ask) to make the CompSoc membership cards for this year. The cards are pretty warm when they come out of the laminator, and so we’ve been pressing them against our faces, seeing if they’d leave a mark. They haven’t yet, but we’ve only made about 30 so far. Gary has just joined us in this activity. It’s like the warm comfort of freshly laser-printed documents. Ahh.
