Yet another iTunes 5 window code update

Still available via the cocoa source code page.

Changes:

  • Now redisplays properly when toolbars are shown/hidden.
  • Fixed crasher on pre-Tiger systems.
  • Toggling the “flat” look (via setFlat:) now updates the window immediately.
