Safari CSS puzzlement

tech 1 min read

Our main site’s text shows up larger in Safari than in IE, Netscape or OmniWeb. It uses CSS for all text-sizing etc. This blog, however, which also uses CSS throughout, shows up the same in Safari as in the other browsers. I need to set aside some time to work out why that is, because I really want Safari to display the site properly.

Could it (Safari) be ignoring inherited font-size attributes from my BODY tag selector? Anyone who has any knowledge of Safari’s CSS support quirks, post a comment and you’ll maybe save me some mindless experimentation this weekend.
